Dr. Catherine Havasi

Dr. Catherine Havasi is the CTO of RT8 and a leader in the field ofartificial intelligence. She holds a PhD from Brandeis University and co-founded the Common Sense Computing Initiative (ConceptNet) at MIT in the late 1990s, which has become a foundational component in thousands of AI projects worldwide. Catherine also co-founded Dalang Technologies and Luminoso, companies focused on applying AI in healthcare and customer service respectively. A recognized innovator, Catherine was named one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business and continues her research as a visiting scientist at the MIT Media Lab, specializing in computational creativity.
